Take a stare at the couples around you – do they seem to be infatuated or are a type to be made for each other. Well! The probability is fifty-fifty; possibly they are in love, or there is just infatuation between them. Especially, it happens that in the midst of a relationship, you may happen to be afraid of the thought of commitment. You start asking yourself many questions, like: Is he/she honest or is he/she the person with whom you want to splurge the rest of your life? In case, you find it complicated to answer 'yes', then it is pretty possible that what you may in fact be feeling for the person is infatuation, not real love.

Infatuation is expressed as being conceded away by idealistic outlook about passion and romance. It is a universal emotion, usually felt at the initial of a relationship. Many couples are infatuated with their partners to some level.

In broad, people may become infatuated due to apparent reasons and also lose their infatuation very swiftly. There are some feelings that are allied with infatuation, which you normally don't feel when in love. Common symbols of infatuation are feelings of jealousy, thrill, lust, panic and eagerness. Jealousy, in other vocabulary indicates possessiveness and feeling of timidity.

Infatuation is just an emotion, whereas there is promise in real love. In infatuation, one feels only emotion; on the other hand, both emotion and loyalty are involved in real love. Infatuation is mostly originated owing to biological reasons; even if you do not know a person profoundly, you start liking him/her. It is similar to the fondness of diamonds, not knowing about the 4Cs of diamond and falling for one, due to its absolute brilliance!

The essential distinction among love and infatuation is that the former is enduring; whereas, the latter is transitory. I believe, every person gets infatuated at some stage of their life. Remember that gorgeous girl in your high school class or that attractive guy in your college. In such a scenery, it is natural to feel infatuation or get carried away.

In infatuation, it is all about without giving a second thought about the person on the receiving end, pleasing your wishes and feelings that turn into the first priority. In case of real love, you will be concerned about the other person, rather than be selfish. That is why; love is all about benevolent and not bothering about what you get in revisit.

If a relationship is destabilized with time and aloofness, then we can call it infatuation. Converse to this, real love turn into be stronger with passing time. The pain of severance or breakup is genuine, when two persons are in love.

 

 

 

 

 

One main question you may have is how to get above an infatuation. Although, there is no cure, counseling will certainly help to get over the infatuation. Another option is to remain active; this way you are abstracted from the feeling of infatuation.

 

If you are dating someone, make sure that he/she loves you. Love will exist, in spite of blemishes in the other person. You will wrap his/her faults, rather than reveal them to other people. This is how real love varies from infatuation. Real love is a wonderful feeling, which can be felt only by the heart. If you are in love, you will never hold a resent against the object of your love, even if he/she went wrong. Forgive and forget is that fantastic tool that keeps the love bond mounting and fetching stronger with each passing day.
